Coordinate the recruitment and the training sessions of young vulnerable people living in high risk areas of Burkina in the construction trades (Tyling, Roofing, House painting, Electricity and Masonry) and in entrepreneurship. Assist the trainees get loans from the micro-finances to start their own business.
Administrate a non-profit vocational center located in the greater Boussé. A partnered program with Iteams Canada to help break the cycle of poverty in one of the poorest countries in the world. There I recruit young vulnerable men and women (mainly from the gold mines) train them in the construction trades, woodworking and welding for free (while they are also fed and treated by us), teach them entrepreneurship, and equip them with useful tools so they can start their own business.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of (online and offline) communication, including print, video, publications, website maintenance and social media activities, in order to support effectively the strategic objectives of the university and convey its key messages to different stakeholders; Devise and implement creative and impactful marketing strategies for raising the university’s national and international visibility, profile and brand. Develop wider networks to pursue joint communication initiatives and develop effective PR campaigns. Ensure that relevant audience is reached with the communication campaigns.
• Determine the best media outlet mix for the church promotional strategies • Design and Monitor online and offline ad campaigns (Radio, TV, websites and billboards) • Design and review advertising budgets in collaboration with the church administrator • Prepare promotional projects for new sermon series and church events • Create new campaigns to reach a broader potential church members • Ensure a cohesive advertising message across campaigns • Build long-term relationships with media influencers to promote the church
• Meet with clients to determine the scope of a project • Advise clients on strategies to reach a particular audience • Determine the message the design should portray • Create images that identify a product or convey a message • Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites • Select colors, images, text style, and layout • Present the design to clients or the art director • Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.
